Tasting notes from Mia Klein:
The blend is 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petite Verdot, and 1% Cabernet Franc, which is a little heavier on the Cabernet Sauvignon than most vintages of Bressler. The resulting wine is not shy to show its great flavor and concentration.
Dark chocolate and raspberry preserve, like a Black Forest cake; graphite, ripe plum and blueberry; butter cookie dough, cedar, caramel, orange liquor, and vanilla bean. High-tone and dark, deep flavors marry nicely for a wonderful, mouth-watering feel with a super long finish. Very enjoyable now with exciting potential for development in the bottle.
